My sister has asked me to post for her.  She has a 16 month old beagle, he is castrated.  She has terrible problems with him in the park with other dogs toys.  He loves his own ball and will chase it and play, but when he sees another dog with a ball he will always go over and take the other dogs ball.  Apparently he even takes it from their mouth.  She tries to give him his own ball, but no, he doesn't want that.  She wanted to know if anyone has any advice for her, she has tried his favourite treats but that does not work.  She dreads seeing anyone in the park who has a ball for their dog.

Help needed.
