On Sunday as we walked the dogs, My grandaughter came to,
she want'ed to hold the pups lead. My one bitch is very naughty on
the lead and very stubborn. Well! when we got home in the middle of our conversation,
saying how naughty she had been, the grandaughter  pipes up very seriously! and said
"Nanny, do you think Bell is  special needs" No one could answer!!

What a darling! But it triggered a thought. What happened to all of the 'special needs' in the days when I was at school and there was no such thing?
