Are you absolutely sure that the puppy has passed poo?
If not, I think this is a case for the vet ;) it may simply be constipation or it could be imperforate anus, it is very rare but if the pup hasn't pooed at all then it must be considered, especially if you have already tried some remedies without success, there could also be other problems but only a vet could possibly tell :)
Why not join and take advantage of the wealth of breeders experience, we don't bite and there is usually someone on hand to give support and personal experiences :D

Warm wet cotton ball rubbed gentle on the behind.
You can try a very small amount of liquid parifin once you have called the vet for him to say it is OK :-)

Are you hand feeding them and if so are you using a powdered milk? This can cause consitpation as the liquid and powder can separate on their way though and the resculting ball of solid powder can block them up.
Maybe someone who has Betty Bloomfield's book can give her recommended "receipe" for feeding tiny pups, when I spoke to her years ago it was Liquid Lifeaid, water and either condensed or evaporated milk but I cannot remember

For cats it's evaporated milk - condensed has too much sugar added ;)
