I am so proud today as Charlotte came 2nd in her age group at Richmond. She had to use someone elses beagle and the dog had never met her until today. She was a right little madam of a beagle but such a sweetie.
I know you are not supposed to boast on your childrens achievements but she has only been showing since Bath and it virtually totally self taught.

That is brilliant news lol does she fancy handling cavaliers ? ;)

Excellent news, well done Charlotte :) But why are you not supposed to boast on your childrens achievements ? Your a proud mum, she did blindingly well so shout it out to the world, I would :D
Tara x
why are you not supposed to boast about your childs achievements, i think every parent has a right to boast and shout it from the roof tops if you want it to, i am so proud of my daughter, she has just been in agility over the last 3 months and she has won classes and beat me in classes and i am so proud of her and i will tell anyone that wishes to listen.
So go on brag brag brag you are entitled to do it .
and good luck to your daughter in all the doggy things she does.

Pauline
well done charlotte!!! can you give my lil girl any good tips?
take care
Thanks everyone for allowing me to boast. Special thanks to Pauline for recomending Margaret who was a absolute little star and got up extra early to get the dog there for us. Her beagle doesnt have psychopathic tendencies but apparantly she did have one who did for the same reason as mine.
Moonmaiden Charlotte says she will handle your cavaliers anytime. I was trying to persaude Rob Sansom yesterday to lend me his yesterday but it fell on deaf ears ;)

LOLOL you haven't met mine yet ;)
Next time i am there on Toy day I would love to meet them as they are one of my favourite breeds. :)

Driffield ?
I think I am doing Driffield but am a little confused. I get like this at the end of show season.
Well done Charolette
Warm regards Susanbb

I'm doing Darlington and she's welcome to handle my little horror!!! :-D

LOLOL after mine I forgot Darlington ! ;)
We are off to Darlington. If that wretch of a spotty dog of mine stops bleeding then she is going in the YKC stakes. Psycho beagie is booked in but unless a miracle happens then we wont be taking her which just leaves Molly. The dog who would have had her first ticket recently if she had not held her tail down. I personally think dog showing would be a lot easier if we all had dogs who did as they were told. ;)

Awh but that would be sooooo boring :D ;)

Excellent, really well done. Can understand you being so proud

Hi,
Congrat's to Charlotte I bet she was made up, it was great she did so well she didn't didn't get to use her Beagle baby but I'm sure she'll be back showing her again very soon!
I didn't get to Richmond on Saturday as I had to work in the morning :( I missed out on watching all the Beagles!
Sorry, I've been of line for a few days but I did look in my Beagle books but no luck on finding any info on Phantoms and behaviour changes, I hope she's getting better.
Hi BB
Beagie is definately on the mend now. She did have a bad moment when somebody held her head and put their face in hers. She did the barking thing and when she realised it didnt have any effect she stopped it and licked him to death. :)
She is a lot more normal now so fingers crossed the bubba comes back and the fiend goes away never to return.
You missed a nice show. We only stayed for a short while as it was such a long journey two days on the run but very much worth it to see Charlottes face.
Karen
