can anybody help me ? I leave  in Belgium and here you need an eyes' exams during the year of the mating of your beach; does such an exam exist in England in the same terms of you have to do it  only one time?

It depends on your breed - some breeds need to have an eye-test every year.

It also depends on your breed and the eye tests that it needs.  The glaucoma testing only needs to be done once in a life time unless there's a query on the original test.  Tests for PRA etc. should be done yearly as it can develop at any age.
