What Does Your Dog do While Sleeping but Not While Awake?

We noticed the other night that Jet was snarling in her sleep.  She's 12 and I've never seen her snarl.  I didn't think she knew how to.

lol..... ours runs like the wind but never actually gets anywhere giving little yips at the same time :D never heared him yip whens hes awake.
He also curls his lip (no noises) when hes asleep.

Glazby does cute little "oooffs" in his sleep.  He also looks like a total demon as he tends to sleep with only the inner eyelid closed and so it looks kind of scary with this red demonic eye!!  :-)

He also snores like a pneumatic drill and wakes me and the OH up regularly!!  :D

Our staffie snores very loudly and wakes me up. Don't you just love it when they are having a dream and they twitch all the time, my last dog used to do this.

Henry snores when awake!! They all sometimes make little 'wuffs' and whine and twitch - chasing squirrels perhaps!! :-D

Abby runs in her sleep and she also does the little yips, I am convinced she is chasing the neighbours rabbits.

Our Poppy snores, runs huffs, growls, barks and whimpers while she's asleep sometimes it can be really funny watching her -  we alsways wonder what she's dreaming about!!

Our Dylan does more exercise asleep than when he's awake !

He fights and growls (presumably with monsters), chases (presumably after bunnies), and humps like a mad thing (no need to presume what that's about)

bruce suckles in his sleep, he makes so many different noises we normally have to prod him to wake up or turn the tv up

Poppy (6 month old CKCS) suckles in her sleep, I think it sounds cute.  She also moves her feet as though she's trotting along.  I could sit and watch her sleep for hours!

My dog is a pillow :D he lets me lie on his belly and we go to sleep .. :D he wont let me do it when hes awake though.. much better things to do, like throw a ball :D

My old girl does most of her exercise while sleeping. She jumps about yipping and giving wee growls trying to be brave which she never is when she is awake. She is 14 and I think her sleep time makes her tired!!!!!
