I am to gain another husky, what i am really after is abit of advice whether it be through this forum or a book/website i don't mind, ok enough idle chat the details... she is 5mths old, and the owners cannot look after her any longer this is due to not enough time for her i belive that she needs alot of work on the lead but i already have a place at obedience class for her, and am at home allday pretty much everyday except school runs, is there anything differant that i will have to take into consideration?

Double the puppy trouble!
Only problem i would have if double the cost of vet checkups and food , toys everything else. If your financially ready and have the time to devote then go for it!
I would say sibes are determined draggers until they mature a bit. My late sibes dragged there little necks off till they were about 5, one was walking with a prong on because he would puke blood from pulling himself.
Good luck Oki!

Thankyou for the luck manny, i do feel confident that i can do this, otherwise i wouldn't be doing it, Hopefully Oki and Echo get on (Echo is the new one) will find out Saturday. Watch this space and fingers crossed

Well done oki I have 3 sibes and yes they are addictive. I could sit and watch mine play fight all day. The pulling can get bad my eldest is 8 and she still pulls the whole time on the lead. THe other 2 are not too bad although the pup is only 6months so hes got time to change.
Im sure of thing you will be happy you decided to get another one.
Pm me and let me know how you get on

a walky belt will help "manage" the pulling i.e not stop them pulling but will mean less strain on your shoulder sockets!
I dearly miss mine now that I`m pregnant and cannot use it.
