If he were my dog, I'd take him to the vet.

Definately a case for the vet, this could be anything or simply aging but no one here would be able to say, you vet will need to examine him and maybe do some tests ;)

Hi sorry I have not responded until now but he took a turn for the worst last night so i took him to the vets this monrnig and had to make the hardest decision ever .The vet was brilliant and very supportive it was just his time and there was nothing that could be done .

So sorry! We've all been there. :(

Sorry to hear that. :( It's a very hard decision to make, but the last kindness we can give our old friends. One day the happy memories will be stranger than the sad ones.

So sorry to hear this, but sometimes its better to have the timing taken out of our hands, it does make the decision a little easier to make. It doesn't stop you feeling the same tho, but you did the kindest thing you could for him try to take some comfort from that.

I'm very sorry for your loss - your little lad will be in a better place that us, restored to health and enjoying the company of our friends who've gone before him and await us at the Rainbow Bridge.
God bless, Teri x
