Have just read this immediately after reading 'Bones Would Rain from the Sky'. Hmm... what do other people think?

I wonder if you are either a 'Clothier' or 'Donaldson' person (or am I just too thick to integrate them both?
Probably.)

All views welcome if you have time to respond.

Read as much as you can from a variety of authors to come to your own thoughts about dog raising.

Clothier and Donaldson are not mutually exclusive, they come at dog training from a slightly different slant, one is more matter of fact and direct than the other but their objectives are the same.

I've read both and seem to "gel" with both (have huge respect for both :) ).

I disagree with Suzanne Clothier on one or two things, but nothing major.

Have read both and think both have a lot to offer.

Donaldson takes a very scientific, hard fact approach  whereas Clothier looks at things from a more emotional  stance.

Both have become well used reference books but, for me personally, Clothier gets it everytime!
