Please could somebody give me some info. on this subject.  I have four dogs and also a dog walker i have general knowledge of dog obedience and my dogs are all well trained and behaved but i feel you can never know to much.  What i would love is a book that could take me on with my husky who has passed his gold in the G.D.C.S although i feel this is good he does have a stubborn streak at obedience comps.  So to carry on with his training i would like to know what books you could recommend to me either of the above or others.  thankyou for any replies.

Do uou clicker train for obedience?

As this method is excellent for getting differing breeds including the more independent to be obedient, as they think they are controlling you :P

I'd recommend, Karen Pryor's Clicker train your Dog to start and then go on to, Morgan Spector's "Clicker Training for Obedience".

Plus getting a good clicker trainer who does clicker for obedience to help you.
