Hi

I brought a Pendeford 3 tier steamer to cook my old veg in today and when I arrived home silly old me dropped the glass lid and bang it smashed and all I've got is a metal rim:)
Phoned the company up, told them I dropped it and to my surprise they are sending me a new lid at no charge.

Wow have to say what great service as not many companies would supply a part FOC considering I broke it.
Shall be buying more of their equipment in the future:)
