Hi,

I have 3 dogs, 2 Lhasa Apsos, Female (4 & 2) and a new puppy Bambi. She is a Yorkie, Chihuahua cross. She is only 10 weeks old and loves to be cuddled and stay close to me. I regularly walk my other two but because she hasn't had her injections yet, she isn't allowed to come.

Ive tried and tried to find a comfy quilted carrier for her, she she can come with us but can't find anything suitable. Everything on the net seems to be for bigger dogs and she weighs under 2lbs. She would literally be swamped in the fabric :-/

Can anybody recommend any sites that maybe cater for tiny pups, Google has proved fruitless for me (unless I am searching under the wrong terms!)

hey elle be thankfull she's under 2lb, our kai weighed in at 10lb when we fetched him home at 8wks old and weighed over 16lb when we could finally let him down on the ground lol :D :D

Roni what on earth caused that outburst, it appeared to me that people were being helpful, and certainley not long-winded.

I am not prone to outbursts but didnt think MannyG reply was helpful at all just sarcastic to the poster .

Actually I don't see why a nice woven picnic basket wouldn't be useful for a small x-breed/breed!  I didn't read it as being sarcastic, and I ahve actually seen people with their Chi's in them!!

I didn't see anything sarcastic I must admit apart from maybe using the said basket for the shopping as well at the same time and getting home and accidently and putting the ickle puppy into roast :D :D

Seriously I think it is quite a good idea :)

I have chihuahuas, i use a pet a roo front carrier ( in leopard print,lol), for two of my full grown 3 1/2lb each tinies.My friend used to carry her two chis in a picnic wicker type basket years ago it worked well.
