There is a good ringcraft class in New Leake (Boston area)

Tuesday night every week - people arrive between 7.30 and 8 and it finishes about 9.30
It's held at Eastville and New Leake village hall (near the railway crossing)
Run by Jacque Bayne who has Irish Red & White & Irish Red Setters. She has the affix Corranroo and is a very succesful exhibitor and a Ch Sh Judge. I believe she will also do 1 to 1 training as well.

I have been about 6 times so far and it has been really good for socialising my dog (and me :D). I have been given all sorts of guidance and pointers to help with showing. There are all sorts of breeds there from every group and everyone is very helpful. I'm still getting to know whose who but there are quite a number of succesful show people and dogs there and they have made me feel very welcome.

There are 4 match nights a year where there is a raffle and buffet as well and I hear they have a Christmas dinner and an end of year points competition.

If you want to ask anything else click on my name and you will get my profile and email address.

It's fine to just turn up without ringing but you do need to show the dogs vaccination certificate is upto date. People from all over the county attend.

Sara :)
