This is not just a question but also a big thank you - as a result of regularly reading your Board I have now changed my dog over to raw feeding.  I had previously tried 6 different types of complete food, cooked meat, raw meat etc.  I have stopped the complete and aslo mixer and put him on Barf and for the first time in the 9 months we have had him we are having SOLID poos with greatly reduced frequency.  Before we were in despair with up to 10/12 runny poos a day and had him tested for EPI etc as he was so ribby.  A question - he is a Neo aged 12 months weighing about 58kg and has been on Barf properly for about 3/4 weeks.  He is eating about 2.5kg meat/bones and a few veggies that i am still introducing and increasing gradually per day and you can still see his ribs - am I giving him enough?  He has plenty of energy and his coat is looking great.  At first I tried a mixer with the raw meat but back to the sloppy poo should I try something else such as rice to put some weight on him?

Thanks again for a great Board.

Hi!
Glad your dog is doing well on raw! I feed raw myself (though I do cheat & use mixer as well). I'm no expert on BARF or on Neos & someone will be along soon to help, I'm sure. Why don't you Register (it's free), then you can ask away on the Feeding board.
