Topic Dog Boards / Behaviour / I think I'm going mad

Hi all

I was getting really concerned about my youngest Irish Setter Brianna's behaviour today and yesterday. She was acting really strange, I put it down to the fact that she was co-inciding her first season with my Gordon. I've been watching her like a hawk and no sign of a season. Because Mads is in I have been out in the garden with the girls for toilet duties and Brianna has been going mental, tail glued to her backend and looking really worried all the time. It suddenly dawned on me as she was frantically trying to get back into the house that she was terrified of the new arial we had fitted on Wednesday evening. She wouldn't have seen it as she didn't want to go out until later on Wed night when it was dark.  I think I have seen it all now, and I just wonder how long it's going to take her to get used to it. Silly Moo that she is :D :D

must be a setter thing, when it is hot we have those big fans at training which Fagan hates, even when the fans arent there he refuses to go anywhere near the corners they are usually in.  Fagan is a rather pathetic specimen when it comes to worrying about stuff

Now Alf on the other hand .......... doesnt care about anything, apart from where his next meal is coming from and whether you scratch the right part of his chest :p
