Claire told me you were going too.
I'd probably want to leave earlier if I was on at 9.00am just in case of hold ups on the motorway.
We probably wont be on until around 11.00-12.00 so no rush.

whats your kennel name so that I can look out for you.

Mine is Ramsgrove Wild Thyme in the Bearded Collies

Well done Archer! My puppy got pulled out but not placed, which is by far the best she's ever done! My boy got a nasty tummy upset but with my friend's magic powder from the US (no idea what it was, but I trust my friend!) he was mostly recovered and got 4th in Open Dog. It was jolly hard to bait him without being able to give him titbits though, and to keep him quiet in case he got overexcited and was ill in the ring, whereas usually I try to get him excited! He's fine again this morning anyway, which is good as I have gone mad and entered him at an open show on Sunday!

>What are you going on about Slobdog?

Slobdog is going on about agility. I swear she puts in a search for 'agility' because anyone mentions it and she arrives soon after! Well done for qualifying for Olympia Mand. There aren't that many dog sports ppl on here, it's mainly breed showing, which is why the confusion! :D

Hi Susan

we got binned today :(  so we went off and did the good citizen bronze with puppy and she passed so at least we came home with something.
I've already done it with Ellie and we've got our silver to do  on Monday so we might do them both together........that will be fun!

Know i never got anywhere either Roni, there was thirteen in my class puppy bitch, when the judge was looking at her she started to mess around she kept looking for my partner and my kids so, we never got anywhere, we've got the bullmastiff open show tomorrow if we've got any energy left i just hope there's three in the class ha ha ha, we never seem to get placed so i'm used to it and i dont expect it but i'm thinking about getting another bully as this showing bug as got me by the horns, what car have you got Roni was you in a maroon astra estate which i followed all the way on the m6, see when i go to shows i just follow someone with dogs in the back it's worked for me so far i dont seem to get lost, he he.  Are you entered in Darlington or Driffield?

warm regards Susan
- By perrodeagua [gb] Date 03.09.05 22:04 UTC
A friend did that once and it was a security guard going to a warehouse with the dog :d  Ended up miles away from the show!
- By susantwenty? [gb] Date 03.09.05 22:10 UTC
Thats the sort of thing that would happen to me, ha ha, only when we get close to the show grounds though that i start to follow dogs in crates in the back of cars, you can't go far wrong. i was laughing today though i never got placed but i sort of expected it thats our second show and i've got alot to learn and you only gain experience the more shows you go to and ;me being me enters the champshows first before thinking about open shows so it's my own fault, when we came out of Birmingham champshow grounds leaving to come home there was this man making a right show of himself saying how it was a waste of time entering shows he was obviously peed because he hadn't got placed but he's not the only one going home without a rossette and at the end of the day as they say a different judge a different day.  To be honest the dog what won my class was of special quality and well bred so i dont mind dont know about the others though, ha ha

warm regards Susan
