
Hi! Definitely don't get two puppies at the same time! If you're not used to them, one is bad enough - two together is a nightmare for experienced puppy people. :) The best plan is to buy one, train it to a standard you're happy with and then get another (probably when the first is about 18 months old and past the 'teenager' stage).
To find reputable breeders, contact the breed clubs listed at the bottom of the
Breed Standard and ask all about health tests, and breeders who abide by the clubs' and KC's Codes of Ethics.
