Broadly speaking you are correct. The full explaination is on the Kennel Club website.  www.the-kennel-club.org.uk  click on the crufts icon at the top of the page, the click Exhibitors on the menu down the side.  I'd do a clickable link, but I'm a computer dummy.

Although the wording is a bit confusing, I read it that the OP wants to know what the classes are that might qualify their dog for Crufts.

Yes Post Grad is a qualifying class, as is Minor Puppy, Puppy, Junior, Limit, Open, always assuming there are CCs on for the breed. There are others too depending upon the stud band.

Okay! :)

Don't forget, new is that VETERAN qualifies in 1st, 2nd, 3rd as well. (Before it was only 1st.)

In most breeds your dog needs to be placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in Minor Puppy, Puppy, Junior, Post Graduate, Limit or Open at Championship Shows where CCs are on offer for the breed, to qualify for Crufts.

If your dog is 19 months old the 'lowest' qualifying class would be Post Graduate.

Depends on breed band E breeds can also qualify from Yearling
