Just drove home and was following a septic tank emptying lorry. I followed it for ages before I noticed the registration number, it was ..........C11 POO !. Cheered up a boring journey !. Anybody know of any other appropriate ones for the vehicle/person ?.
Val

Excellent one! :D
A numberplate I coveted (no idea whose) was on a red LandRover, and read: P4NTS
I

The -OO registration used to denote vehicles registered in the Southend on Sea area - and several of our friends had minis, all called - yes, you've guessed - Mini the OOOO!

My aunt had a SOO and later a ROO :D I think that it was Essex rather than Southend.

er.....isn't Southend in Essex?? :) :D :) :D
Yes, Southend is in Essex, but in the old registration system "OO" denotes Essex not Southend. :-)
Many years ago when I lived in south London I often saw S0 5EXY and H3nry, which I believe was Henry Coopers. But they probably paid very little for them as in those days they wernt so popular.
Did see a rather nice Range Rover last winter with K9DOG, didnt manage to see what was inside it.
Think I will settle for my initials, at least that way I can remember it without spending a fortune.
My sister has T14 BDN it is supposed to be Tia Bon, but it looks a bit silly because first of all her name is Tracey, she just likes to be known as Tia, and secondly it makes her car look older than it is, no one would know it is a private plate.

The one that I would covet would be J4 CKY - I wonder why?
There are several locally that amuse me, one being a teacher with OWS 1R and a young boy racer with B010 CKS.

I have K9FEW (my initials) and Big Dave has P17VEY (his surname is PAVEY)...... My friend has M5 00 GSD on her Range Rover (naughty spacings on it though ;)

There's an egg farmer in Angus who has E66 BOX as his number plate! I'm sure egg farmer isn't the proper name but that's all I can think of at this time of the morn!
>egg farmer
:D :D :D
Can't see, tears rolling down face.....Christine, that is so funny, thankyou for cheering me up. I think the proper term is Chicken farmer, but from now on I will refer to them as 'egg farmers' in your honor!!! ;)

Look........it was early on a Saturday morning for me and the Frosties hadn't kicked in....!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D He sells eggs & he's a farmer = egg farmer! Imagine trying to herd them up?
>I think the proper term is Chicken farmer
Ah but a chicken farmer (or poultry farmer) produces hens. I think Christine would be referring to an "egg producer" :-) (cos you cant fit a hen in an E66 BOX :-D )
there is a man who drives a car near me his reg plate is 38DD
