my puppy got run over 4 weeks ago and has had to have 3 ops to save his front legs he is in metal frames on both front legs but he has to go back for another op tomorrow and now he is going to loose his tail winston sliped his collar and got hit at 35 but i aint been offered a penny by the driver and to top it all it was my cousins boyfriend that hit him

Sorry to hear about your pup. If you have household insurance then see if they will pursue a claim against the drivers insurance if it was indeed their fault. You may find as the dog was not in control then you may not have a chance of getting any money I would have thought

I am sorry your pups was jurt, and hope he makes a good recovery.

Frankly as your dog was off lead (slipped his collar) the fault would have been yours, and if anything the driver would have a claim against you for any damage caused to their vehicle.

i wasnt sure if he could or not as he didnt know what he had hit as he tried to drive back an forth with the dog still underneath the car

I am very very very sorry about all of the suffering you, and your family is going through, with your baby, on oct,5 2005, my boy yorkie, died in my arms on the way to the hospital, I cant stop crying, and I cant get my girl yorkie to eat, I dont know which is worst to keep seeing them suffer, or for them to leave us all together, I think the pain is the same, because I saw him suffer for a day and a half. so my prayers is with you, your family and the baby, I call our dogs, the other family member " babies " God Bless you all, I also pray that God will put it on the guys heart to help cover the extrem cost of taking the baby back and forth to the hospital, and sugeries.
