Is it safer now,since the DDA act has now being in place 14 years? I don't beleive it is...people are still getting attacked and bitten.punish the deed not the breed!!What is everybodys oppinion(sp) I am normally just a reader on here but was talking to a friend about this subject and just wanted other oppinions(sp?)
