Does anybody have any idea what this means for a reason why an e-mail has rejected ??

553-mail rejected because your IP is in RBL.

I think its about spam. It might be your isp has blocked it and counts it as spam.

Is it all emails or just one you are trying to contact?

Basically, your IP address has been identified as sending spam e-mails. You may have a virus you don't know about and you should check your virus scanners and internet security software is up to date (or so my OH says...I have NO idea about these things :) )
