
Yes you do get white vallhunds over here, you also get blues, lemons and long coats - you also get them in Sweden but they are not normally registered.
Up to one third white is permissable - it can be anywhere on the body but usually you get it on the chest, neck and feet.
You don't have to have white on the parents to get a white puppy - it's a genetic throw back but some lines are more prone to it than others.
