Just had phone call from Kat & Rupert, she is now in hospital and things are progressing :) So maybe sometime later this evening or tomorrow morning baby Archie will make his appearance :D :D  (10 days later than advertised ;)

Thank you Teri :)  Think Kat might need it.... She was on phone last night crying.  She had to go to have a membrane scan, which she said had her in so much pain he had to stop. He has also put on her notes that registrar must be present as it looks like little Archie aint so little.  I tried to calm her down, but after having such an easy pregnancy this guy has put the fear of god into her :(

I know she will be fine, just wish she hadnt been so upset. Especially with me being so far away....

Aw, sending prayers and positive thoughts her way ;)  Some of these so-called experts in maternity units seem to make it their mission to terrify new mums - similarly frightening noises were made around me and I remember all too well how frightened it made me.  All was absolutely fine but I'm sure it would have been better not to have wrecked my confidence beforehand :(

Let's hope he's born before midnight - then he'll have a very special birthday buddy (me)   :P

Apparently an epidural slowed the whole labour right down, think the wee soul went back to sleep for a few hours :P
