could anybody help me, im looking for shows in lancashire both open & champion for a rottweiler /working dog preferably, many thanx for any help

I have picked up a few schedules today at the Bolton show but there mainly manchester areas i have details for stafford & district open show,Wigan & District open show,Hyde open show & stockport open show
most have rottweiler classes in If this are any good for you let me know.

Thanks Maria, Got our very first open show tomorrow at Bolton tomorrow so fingers crossed all goes well?
Stafford & District open show Saturday 24th sept enteries close Fri 26th Aug avnsc gundog contact Mrs a P Kidd 01785 760557

good luck for tomorrow,
we were going to go to bolton show but we went to colne open last week,
we have only been to 2 shows and in my eyes she has done brilliant getting a 2nd @ each and a 5th in young handlers,
so best of luck again

Alfie did brilliant today got 1st in junor 1st in open then got best puppy in breed and then 2nd in best of breed we where over the moon my eldest who shows him hasn't come back down to earth yet!!

Well done John.We were at Bolton today...won BOB so very pleased.
BTW 2nd in best of breed is Reserve best of breed(RBOB) :D

It was a good day and the weather was great my wifes complaining now burnt all her shoulders she didn't reailise how strong the sun was.

We where showing w.h.w.t Yes where very proud of Alfie and my daughter it really boasted her confidence today.what what were you showing.

We were showing elkhounds.....nice show,nice venue,good weather and it would seem plenty of good results for CD!!!!

Hi Archer!  He is turning out lovely, was very sort of ugly for ages, all legs and no body or coat!  Just lately though he's changing, and the judge must have liked him on Sunday!  The only problem I've got with him (which isn't a problem to me personally I hasten to add, but seems to be to some judges!), is that both his ears are set differently.  Both are correct for the standard, but some judges apparently think both ears should sit identical!
