Hello everyone

Libby, one of my bitch is 55 days today and went for her second CHV.  She seems to be fine although is now very heavy and uncomfortable.  I am praying that at last, I will have a dachshund litter that will self whelp and have more than 2 puppies.  She started off at 10lbs 14ozs and is 16lbs tonight.  I am at the excited - but very nervous - stage!

Hiya Sue :-) don't know about you but I just want it to be over for my girl now, she can hardly walk and is having trouble getting up. She keeps lying on one of her legs and she then gets a dead leg :-(
We are on day 65 from 1st, 63 from 2nd and 60 from 3rd mating. She's still eating but last night was very restless and so was I!!! Good luck with yours and best wishes for a safe arrival :-)

Oh God I can't stand it if she goes over 63 days - I am hoping she will be early as there is absolutely no room left in there now - she can only eat a bit at a time.  I feel really guilty for putting her through it but I am really looking forward to the puppies.  Good luck I hope you get it over with soon.  Do you know how many she is having?

Well we only saw 3 on the scan but think there may be more, we'll soon find out :-)

Any signs yet Chocaholic?  Can't wait to see the pictures! ;-)

Hiya Sharon, well I think it's finally started :-) she's been panting on and off all day and digging, not eaten a thing either, so hopefully it will be tonight ;-)

I've got a feeling it's going to be very slow. She keeps sleeping, very heavy breathing, then panting then digging, then sleeping again....might be lucky if it's tonight.
