SAS the predomonant heart problem for this breed can develope up to the age of 2, after which if dogs are affected it usually stabalises and does not worsen, so any time over the age of two is ideal. Also be reminded DCM which also affects boxers can develop at any age so breeding stock particularly males shoud be tested annually.
