Pardon me if i sound silly... but could i ask what is the elhound critique?

not silly at all...its the judge 'write up' from the show where he/she tells you what she thought of the dogs she placed.

also at an open show how do you find out about the judges critique?????

They are put in the dog papers such as Dog World and Our Dogs.

open show critiques are printed  alongside champshow ones in the dog papers...can take a bit longer for them to be printed thought.I usually expect a champ show write up within about a month-6 weeks.Opens can take months!!!
