Hi - my Flatcoat has 2 very small bare patches on her left hind foot.  The biggest is the size of a small flattened pea.  It isn't red, but the hair is broken off and there are tiny lumps (only visible through magnifying glass).  Took her to the vet yesterday, who had not seen it before and thought it might be warts or something.  Just wondered if anyone else had ever seen similar.

Only because it might be Demodex as it starts on the head or front legs.

Hi - just got back from the vet - it's lick granuloma, only very very small.  So she's wearing a sock and I'm using tea tree oil.
