15-yr-old Blind and Deaf Dog Kicked To Death

I have transported this link (cut and paste into browser if it does not come up as a direct link) from another dog forum, as it would be great to get this petition more signatures. You can read about the situation via the link (if I have got it right). Let's see if we can get this heartless bastard put away for what he did.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to read the story behind this dog. To some this may be too upsetting to read, so please bear this in mind before having a look. However, what is most important is that people who commit cruelty against animals get proper sentencing and not the short stints in prison, 'community service' or quick appeals (usually on the grounds that the suffer some mental illness) that they seem to currently be getting.

There are no words to describe a 'person' like that, if we can call them a member of the human race.  Just makes me speechless with horror and sickened to the core.  :-( :-(

Life imprisonment is too good for them, but it's the very least they deserve.

I have just been able to look at this and I am horrified :(

But why was the poor dog allowed to be out if she was blind and deaf :(
