After taking Prince for his lunch time gallop through the local rec, I was getting in the car when I spotted a family walking past with a gsd pup got into a chat with them and they were looking at Prince and the kids were comparing the size of this 11 week old pup to him. I opened up the back for them too say hello to Princeand introduce the puppy who was by this time very excited and barking.
Next thing we knew the puppy was on its hind legs scrabbling to get in the back of the car, Prince now decided to help he reached down from inside the boot and picked the puppy up by its ruff and sat it down in the boot next to him whereby the puppy started to bit his tail.
It was a picture I am not sure who was more surprised me or the puppys owners.
Ah well at least now when I decide to get a new pup it should be quite easy to get one, open the car boot let Prince out in a likely spot and wait for him to nap one.

Awww arent they clever.
My old staffy cross took a dislike to my friends puppy JRT we went for a walk along the canal and the pup was playing lovely, that is until Billy decided to roll him on his back, then look at me as if to say watch this, then proceeded to nose the puppy into the canal!! My friend jumped into the canal to get the pup and from that day on called Billy a puppy murderer. :-O
They know what they like and dislike.

when my two dogs were younger they were playing around the fish pond. Luckily I was watching them from the window. I'm not sure if it was an accident or not. The older one was getting very frustrated and I don't think she was in the mood for playing. The next thing I saw her nudge the little one and you can guess. She went straight in the fish pond. They all have their own characters.
Maggie I would bet a months wages on she meant it ha ha
LOL arnt they funny creatures. Mine love the car, well any car and I have to be careful that they dont just jump straight in the back of someone elses :0 Also if I am at a country fair looking at cars I have to make sure that I keep half an eye on the stay as given a chance they will be checking out the boot for 'dog friendlyness'!
