Do any members know of a good on-line pet store.

There is one pet superstore about 20 miles away, but we don't want to keep going there every time we want something ... and it's not that cheap either.

Hi Brian,

If it's regular day to day needs you could try http://www.petplanet.co.uk/ - I've not used them much but found them reliable, quick and easy and they email you regular special offers etc.

If you're looking for show related items (i.e. professional grooming tools, shampoos or equipment, transport items etc. then there are many other sites but if it's simply a large pet store range the above has most things and at reasonable prices too.

HTH, regards Teri :)

canine capers are also a good one, and tend to be slightly cheaper than PetPlanet.  Pet Planet are my favourite though, as they are totally reliable (been using them for years) and have been known to send your dogs a treat free of charge :D :D :D

Hi, I've been doing comparisons with the online stores, I have a shopping list of 15 items that are required for my new puppy (kongs, toothbrush, paste, grooming equipement, vetbets, bowls, travel kit, first aid etc...), and I went to different online stores placed the EXACT same items in each of their  baskets and the results came in as this:

www.canineconcepts.co.uk - £87.95

www.surreypetsupplies.co.uk - £56.73

I was going to try the other stores but on browsing the prices quickly saw that none of them could compete with surrey.

Hope this helps a bit.

www.click2treat.co.uk

Try them, they are only small and also new, but as it says on the site, they are a petshop with a concience and as such only sell safe, positive reward type training items, no nasty stuff. They will be expanding their range soon as well :D
