I have purchased a puppy for Italy that was to come into the country on a passport. The breeder rang last week to say the puppies litter mates had shown some signs of Ulna and Radial bone trouble, one already having been put to sleep the puppies are 5 months now, we arranged for the puppy to be found a pet home and she will be spayed. She was a colour that I really wanted from lines that I want to continue a breeding program

She offered me the choice of a puppy out of 5 forth coming litters, she has excellent lines but this was the line and colour that would compliment a future line, not in the next 3 years. Now the others litters would not work into any of my lines. I have paid for the puppy in full 4 months boarding. and vets.  I would be interested in one litter to start a program from but there are 3  people ahead of me for pick and it would not go with an existing program. To start a next program at my age would be very difficult to think that I would see the end result.

Any good ideas, except shooting myself
