Hi, my husband has decided that after a gap of 9 years since he last had a golden retriever, he would like to have another one. I am a great believer in providing a home for a dog that needs one and have always had my dogs from rescue centres. We are therefore looking for a centre where we can get a golden retriever from. We live on the Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire border so would like to find a centre not too far away.
Could anybody help please?

Hello its always advisable as well to remember that most  breed rescues dont have a centre or kennels they are volunteer coordinators.
  some will be breed club ones and others independant ones.
