Usually a couple of weeks before the show, so probably during next week.
Anyone got their passes yet ?

Not yet - hmm.

me neither :)
If mine havent come in the morning im going to give them a ring.
It seems silly to leave it so late as they take caravans from saturday morning. We are also going straight on up to Builth so not a cat in hells chance of getting them.
Me neither, thought we would have had them by now! - Kay

have you got yours for welsh KC the following week ? We are going down to bournemouth next Friday then on up to Wales (via Devon) so I hope all the passes come in time.

We are doing the same and now I am very worried that we will not have any pass's when we get down there and the paperwork will be horrendous.

Why don't you ring the printers involved?
I'm sure they'd try and help out as much as possible.

This happened to me, and I was told by the secretary of the second show that you can arrange for the passes to be collected at her office on arrival - it is a bit of a pain though as you have to go there before you can bring in your dogs, so you need to arrive early or pick them up the day before if you can. The printers need to be contacted though, so you can make the arrangements. In my case the second show was East of England, so also check with WKC sec.
Rang the printers this morning. They said they had been sent out today. we are travelling down this Friday night to Bournmouth and going straight up to Builth after the show Monday. Thankfully my mum is coming down to Bournmouth just for the weekend otherwise we would have had to mess about when we got to wales. that is if the passes for wales have arrived for next thursday :)
B'mouth isn't till next weekend - are you spending a week down here?
Wendy
Got mine this morning. Rang Higham Press about WKC passes (as I'm doing what a few of you are and heading straight from B'mouth to Wales for a week) and they said chances are they won't be out till mid-end next week. Said the same thing as someone else - if you don't have them by the time you leave for the week ring them and they'll ensure there's a set of passes at the secretary's tent (ok - so a bit inconvenient, but at least there's an alternative). They said with all the shows on at the moment they're a bit later than they've been. Though actually I remember when I first started showing 4 years ago they'd arrive sometimes 4 days to a week before the show - so overall this year I've been getting them about 3-4 weeks in advance - that's not bad. Guess we've been spoiled.
Wendy

Yes I got mine this morning as well, if anyone else is taking the caravan did you recieve the season pass's as well. I will have to higham a ring as we plan to go early next week and will not be back before Wales. I do not know what to do about SKC as we go straight on to there.

Me too.
Yes we are spending 10 days at the show site they let caravans on the site from sat the 6th. We dont have normal family holidays so we combine the shows with holidays. the kids love it and so do the dogs.
Gwen
Oh that's cool that they let caravans in early - means you can spend some good quality time down here without having to change sites.
Wendy
I have got the passes for Tigger but the main one with the caravan pass and Beagles entry all seem to have gone astray! Still the secretary was really helpful. :) My kids love camping at shows more than they do any other kind of holiday.

We are going onto the caravan park on monday , if you see the caravan with a tibetan flag give me a knock. But as they say" if the van is a rocking don't come a knocking" take no notice the dogs are bouncing around
