We collect her on Saturday shes a teeny little girl of 13 months old and from rescue, not sure about her lines obviously but she went down a storm with our other dogs, shes been beaten, starved and has a scar on her back from a scalding incident, we cant wait now to collect her :)

I'm excited for you :P and piccies would be great ;) I hate to think any animal is ever abused like that - just shows their devotion and need to please that they put up with so much and can still trust someone - bet she's just gorgeous!
Oh shes so beautiful :) She has the most gorgeous little face I have ever seen, she is only a very small little girl, shes brindle and white and just stunning! :D
Thats lovely, let us know how she gets on once yo have gotten her home :)

Poor baby...sounds like she has had it rough. Good luck when you bring her home and here's to many, many happy years together :) Have you named her yet?

Well her name is Poppy at the moment, but not too keen on her name, so I am open to any suggestions :)

Treacle - it's my favourite dog name. OH calls our bitch Treacle (her name is actually Roxy!)All my dogs haae already had names when I've taken them on. Even Lennon (he was just under 6 months) - I didn't have the heart to change it - it really suits him - a "Treacle" he is not! :D :D :D

I think Poppy is ok but maybe she should have a new name to go with her new start in life...I'm sure she doesn't need any more reminders of her dreadful past as she already has the physical scars. We changed our rescue dogs name when he came to live with us but that was mainly because his name was Popper and there was no way I was shouting that across the park!!
Right everyone, lets come up with a potential new identity for this little lady.....
