Does it matter?  As it is very unlikely you will have the opportunity to thoroughly research the pedigree and speak to people that have known the dogs appearing on it you will never have sufficient information to breed from your dog.   I think in the circumstances in which this dog has travelled across Europe and been sold in a pet shop you could never be confident that the paperwork was the correct one for this particular individual anyway but fortunately you don't need any reliable paper work to love a pet :)

A pedigree is only a record of your dogs family - to anyone who doesnt want to breed, a list of dogs names. As Isabel says, in your dogs case it is doubtful that it could be relied on anyway as it is hardly a reliable breeder who would let her babies be sold in a pet store so far from home. Just enjoy your puppy and forget about the pedigree - you dont need it.

Here you have the address/fax/telephone/e-mail info of the official Hungarian Kennel Club. Hope they can help you. Good luck. :)
