I am trying to feed her up again now as she gave birth a week ago. At the moment she is on a high protein puppy meal twice a day but she never eats it all, also a bit of added chicken fillet. Anything else I can give her to help her gain a bit of weight back? Any help would be great. Thanks

Do you give her food soft or soaked.  their mouths can be quite sore and it is a way of getting as much fluid into them as possible.

My bitches are on 4 times their normal diet by this time and get fed 4 times a day.  If the litter is small 3 times may be enough.
