What has happened to the weather?? Its the end of July!! More like end of October!! Rediculous, all i can say is im glad im not on holiday anywhere in the uk!!

Very depressing huh!  It's dark, cold and bleeding JULY! 

And raining where i am! Sucks!

It's lovely here bright & sunny & not too hot so I must have your sun ;)

i have stolen it bottled it and am going to let it back out on the 13th august(only way to guarentee the weather :D )

Dam it, im right on the east coast!

It is quite cloudy here now but this morning was lovely and sunny, and it has been really warm all day! :D

been raining here all day on the south coast....:(

I'm back to work on Monday so it should brighten up in the South West then.

Too late for our BBQ on Saturday :rolleyes:

We are hunting around to find another gazebo to buy and we are also getting all our winter woolies and rain proof gear out of storage ready for the torrential rain that is forecast :D :D

rotten, isn't it?  I was just thinking the other day, oh well, go to the beach for a few days for walks (is the only place the terrible two can be let off reliably at the mo), then when the sun's back I'll get back to the longline training... ha!  Three days of rain later, I'm getting fed up here!

Sure, the pond needs a top up, but I don't, thank you very much :D can't stand cold weather, if it ain't 26C+, I ain't happy!

Here we go again, rain, rain ,rain, puppy going out for a wee, and let's have a dig while I'm out here,
WHAT!! a Samoyed NEVER, little minx. wet paws mop bucket egh! just give me the dry weather.
If the sun comes out next week, we will have a drought! Back to Telly, fire and bottle of wine,

Yes, well that's probably because we're having the wrong kind of rain :p :p

It's because sudden rainfall like this has nowhere to go, except into the drains -> rivers -> sea. There's not enough real ground (covered in houses and roads) for it to soak in and fill the aquifers. That happens with the steadier rainfall in the winter.

A drought? We are an island!!!! Surrounded by water and we can't even use our hose pipes ;) :D

Can't we?  Oops!! I've just had turf laid!!  This rain is a god send actually!!  Don't want it a week on Saturday though when I've planned a BBQ!!

It's awful I even had to turn the heating back on yesterday it was bl**dy freezing.

We were woken up in the night with a large dog trying his damn hardest to get on the bed :D we duly told him down and he tried the otherside of the bed (my side) and so on and so on until the end tiredness got the better of us and i let him on.
Got up this morning even more tired due to sleeping crushed up and unable to move my legs only to realise that oooopss the rain had come through the open window soaked the curtain which dripped down onto his bed :(
Poor dog having bad owners :D
