I'm half cross and half laughing. On the way home from work I stopped at the greengrocer and bought a big bag of cherries, which I was planning to enjoy while watching a film. I went to have a bath, stupidly leaving the cherries in a bag on the sofa. When I went back into the living room... cherries all over the floor, hundreds of them! They looked whole but on closer inspection each one had a little set of whippet toothmarks in them.
At least I've finally found something that Cashie doesn't like to eat, but I can't believe he's so stupid that after trying one or two and not liking them, he proceeded to bite every single one then spit it out, just in case they tasted any different.:) Silly dog. I suppose at least he won't be pooing out cherry stones for days.

my boy has just spent weeks bringing in unripe plums from next doors tree, (we are higher than them) he never eats them but picks them off and hides them under cusions and stuff. Had to stiffle my giggles though when i heard her comment that the plum tree wasnt very fruitfull this year.(not my best friends). If they were a bit nicer i would have probably owned up. This however has cost a fortune to re fence so the little scamp cant do this anymore. I bet she gets a nice lot next year, while i am still discovering this years yeild in bizzare places LOL!
