I would like to give my dog supplements but am unsure as to what is considered 'the best' and would like to know what peoples thoughts are.  I would like to give him a supplement to strengthen his bones and overall condition.

The best supplement for dogs is good, wholesome, nourishing species appropriate food.

If that, along with daylight,  is supplied in sufficient and suitable quantities you will not need anything to strengthen his bones
