Hello, I need advice as to what to do with my 4 mth old pup's dirty ears.I have cleaned them with olive oil and cotton wool but the dirt (which looks like dried blood) returns. My other pup who is his brother doesn't have this problem. Any ideas appreciated before a visit to the vet.

Try using earbuds but dont stick them right down the ear, this is what the vet told me to use with my cavaliars

Jumping in on your thread - what is the name of the ear powder that everyone thinks is good, begins with a 'T' I think. Took not a lot of notice when I saw it mentioned last time as my breed don't have ear probs. but now I've been asked by someone what they should use. Jackie H

Thornit :-)
Guest, if you type 'Thornit' into Champdogs
Search Facility, lots of threads come up on the 'mucky ears' subject.
