I have ordered a reflective space blanket for the car. It is usually a shiny material but apparently they are out of the material but have offered me an alternative but it is a matt finish instead. Apparently their supplier says it is just as effective. If I want the shiny I have to wait till late august. Do you reckon the matt would be ok.

I get mine from the above source and find them brill, I have had my current ones for three years and so on a cost per use basis they have worked out extremely cheap.

Some makes are made from shiny material that separates and does not last more than a season.
