I have a litter of 8 puppies, all doing well, 17 days old, just a bit worried about 1 of the little girl pups, she's lost quite a bit of fur on her head, she's fit and heathly, in fact started them on porridge yesterday they loved it. Is it normal that they lose fur. Or should i be concerned ?

It isn't usually normal for fur loss in a pup so young.  Is she getting the food on her head, maybe her mum's being over zealous in the cleaning of her?????  If not maybe a chat with the vet would be in order.
