We bought one and had it fitted in June. The flap broke off within a few weeks. The company who we bought it off were very good and despatched a brand new one overnight. We have just got round to fitting the new one due to the bad weather and got the new one out the box and the flap was broken in excatly the same place ! :(

I have mailed the company again but wondered if anybody had experienced similar problems as it seems they may have a design fault or an iffy batch of them maybe ?
