Can you worm both pups and bitches together ? what age do you worm at ?

I worm my  bitches and all the other adults when the pups leave for tehri new homes.  I also worm my bitches daily from 6 weeks in whelp to 3 days post whelping with Panacur.

My bitches are wormed the week before mating, pups are wormed from 2 weeks of age every two weeks with Drontal Puppy, I also worm mum around 5/6 weeks post whelping, normally after the pups have finished feeding.  My vet recommended doing this and so far so good, never seen a worm in any of my pups or adults.
