I use, a solution of biological washing liquid in a watering can. Then I scrub down with a yard brush and let it dry without rinsing. The enzymes deal with the bacteria that causes the smells. Works for me.

I pressure wash my patio, then use a patio cleaner scrub with a yard brush, leave it for 1/2 hour or so then rinse it away, works for me too.

Definately the Biological washing liquid :D Cheap, available and it works :D  I put it in a garden sprayer to spot treat too :D
You can also buy biological odour treatments, have a look at this one, it can be used in a garden sprayer, the litre/21/2 litre bottle works out cheaper ;)

Wash it down EVERY DAY with water in between disinfecting and you'll keep smells at bay.
