Anyone know of anyone who makes very thick/durable rubber matting to cut to size of dog cages in a van?

Thanks in advance for any help :-)

HI

Equestrian mats are good for this and can be bought seperately for around £30 each for a 6' x 4'. If you do a search on google you should find quite a few companies, most of whom will send you samples if you ask.
Be aware that some are very heavy and will need maybe a hacksaw to cut through them. :)

I use either carpet or vinyl offcuts which can easily and quickly be replaced.  I buy the matting from the poundshop (or similar) that stops things slipping around in a drawer.  It's like a loose woven rubber non-slip mat and you don't need too much to keep the carpet cut-to-size in place.

HTH.

Or you can buy the car mats (value brand) at tesco's for under a £1 each.
That's what I use in my car cage and if the dogs chew one, they are easy to replace...

The equestrian ones sound the business. If you have to cut them with a hacksaw then my "problem child" who's eaten her way through everything else I've put in there might have a problem getting her teeth in - at least for a while! :-)

Thanks for the replies
