I have a Norwich Terrier she is 19 weeks old.I am unsure about when she will come into season.Can someone give me some advice.

The average age is roughly 6 months of age; almost never before 5 months, and sometimes after 12 months (rarely much later than 15 months). A book you'd find very helpful is 'The Book of the Bitch' by J.M. Evans and Kay White - it's full of invaluable information.
