just looking through http://www.eastangliansbtclub.co.uk/ for a show to go and watch(just watching learning at mo), when I came across this

As a kennel club requirement from september this year your dog needs to be officially measured and you must bring to the show with you a completed KC record book!

is there anyone who can shed some light on this,and what are your thoughts?

The measuring is for the agility show not the breed show
